No decision to change or replace Selection Committee has been taken
by Pakistan Cricket Board

This is apropos a PPI Report carried by The News of 29th March 2005, regarding the National Selection Committee.
Pakistan Cricket Board would like to clarify that no, repeat no decision has been taken either to change the current Selection Committee or to replace it by salaried selectors.
PCB maintains that the story has been filed without verifying facts with officials of the PCB.
As a matter of policy, the present PCB Management takes decisions on important issues after due deliberation and in consultation with the Ad-hoc Committee.
