Javed Akhtar appointed member of RDCA Ad-hoc committee

Javed Akhtar, former Test Cricketer and Umpire, has been appointed as member of the Rawalpindi District Cricket Association (RDCA) Ad-hoc Committee.
Meanwhile, Abdul Mohi Shah, noted sports journalist, expressed his inability to accept the position on the RDCA Ad-hoc Committee as it conflicted with his professional commitments as a journalist.
PCB understands Abdul Mohi Shah’s reservations on his appointment. The RDCA Ad-hoc Committee will now comprise Brig (Retd) Munawar Ahmed Rana (Chairman), Javed Akhtar (Member) and Tahir Ansari (Member).
