Tender for PCB Staff Evaluation

Applications are invited by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for advisory services relating to:

(a) The optimal organizational structure and job descriptions of the PCB’s Secretariat and Offices;

(b) Salary structures and perquisites of all positions in the PCB

Human resource experts or companies with human resource expertise are invited to apply along with their terms by 31 December, 2005. It is envisaged that the process would take about 2-4 weeks for the survey, review and the submission of a report.

Applicants are required to give their financial proposals in a separate envelope.

All applications will be subject to a prequalification process by a sub-committee of the PCB.

PCB reserves the right in its discretion to accept or reject any proposal without assigning any reason.
