DateLine: 23rd November 2006 Media Release - 23 November 2006 An Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Development Committee meeting is scheduled for 2:00 PM at Serena Hotel, Islamabad on November 25, 2006. The ACC Development Committee meeting will be chaired by Dr Nasim Ashraf who is the Chairman of the ACC Development Committee. Other members who will be attending the meeting are Syed Ashraful Huq (CEO, ACC), Mr Sultan Rana (Development Manager, ACC), Mr Thusith Perera (Finance Manager, ACC), Mr Shubhangi Kulkarni (Chairperson, ACC Women's Sub-Committee), Mr John Cribbin (Hong Kong representative), Mr Asad Baig (Kuwait representative), Nadeem Nadwi (Saudi Arabia representative), B.R Pandey (Nepal representative) and Mr Ganesh Sundramoorthy (ACC Development Staff). PCB Director Cricket Operations Mr Salim Altaf and PCB General Manager Finance Mr Mushtaq Ahmed will also be in attendance. The meeting will discuss issues relating to the development of cricket in non-Test playing countries in the Asia Region. Some of the important issues to be discussed are: - Development Plan for the next five (5) years - Development Budget for 2007-2008 - Review of implemented program - Women's cricket This meeting is held twice a year and the last meeting was held in May, 2006 and chaired by Mr Ali Asghar from Bangladesh.
